WA Sales Representative Registration (restricted to property management functions)

A Sales Representative Registration (limited to property management) issued by WA Consumer Protection will allow you to be employed by a licensed real estate agent in a property management role.

This course requires the completion of 12 units of competency. Successful completion of this course will provide you with the prescribed training requirements needed for application to WA Consumer Protection for a Sales Representative Registration (property management only).

WA Sales Representative Registration (restricted to sales functions)

A Sales Representative Registration (limited to sales) issued by WA Consumer Protection will allow you to be employed by a licensed real estate agent in a sales, business broking, or stock and station role.

This course requires the completion of 13 units of competency, Successful completion of this course will provide you with the prescribed training requirements needed for application to WA Consumer Protection for a Sales Representative Registration (sales only).

WA Sales Representative Registration (unrestricted - both sales and property management functions)

An unrestricted Sales Representative Registration (sales and property management) issued by WA Consumer Protection will allow you to be employed by a licensed real estate agent in a sales, leasing, business broking or stock and station role.

This course requires the completion of 18 units of competency. Successful completion of this course (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) will provide you with the prescribed training requirements needed for application to WA Consumer Protection for an unrestricted Sales Representative Registration (sales and property management).

WA Real Estate Licence (CPP51122 Diploma of Property [Agency Management])

A Real Estate Licence issued by WA Consumer Protection will allow you to work as a licensed real estate agent in a sales, leasing, business broking, or stock and station role. You may run your own agency and hire sales representatives to work under your supervision.

This course requires the completion of 12 units of competency. Successful completion of this course (CPP51122 Diploma of Property [Agency Management]) meets the Diploma educational requirements needed for application to WA Consumer Protection for a Real Estate Licence. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate that they meet all other application requirements as set out by WA Consumer Protection.

Check whether you need to complete any gap training as a registration holder before enrolling in this course. If you feel gap training will be required, please contact us for advice. We provide upgrade courses (see ‘Registration upgrades’ below) for any remaining units that may require completion.

WA Unrestricted Sales Representative Registration Upgrade (for property managers)

An unrestricted Sales Representative Registration (sales and property management) issued by WA Consumer Protection will allow you to be employed by a licensed real estate agent in a sales, leasing, business broking or stock and station role.

This upgrade course is appropriate for sales representatives limited to property management activities. Students currently registered under the superseded training requirements will need to complete recognition of prior learning before enrolling.

This upgrade course requires the completion of 6 units of competency. Successful completion of this course will provide property managers with the prescribed training requirements needed for application to WA Consumer Protection for an unrestricted Sales Representative Registration (sales and property management).

WA Unrestricted Sales Representative Registration Upgrade (for salespeople)

An unrestricted Sales Representative Registration (sales and property management) issued by WA Consumer Protection will allow you to be employed by a licensed real estate agent in a sales, leasing, business broking or stock and station role.

This upgrade course is appropriate for sales representatives limited to property sales activities. Students currently registered under the superseded training requirements will need to complete recognition of prior learning before enrolling.

This upgrade course requires the completion of 5 units of competency. Successful completion of this course will provide salespeople with the prescribed training requirements needed for application to WA Consumer Protection for an unrestricted Sales Representative Registration (sales and property management).
