This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to complete the livestock sales process. It includes responding to buyer enquiries, arranging inspections, negotiating the sale, completing sales documentation and arranging delivery to buyer

The unit applies to people currently working in or seeking to work in the real estate stock and station sector. State or territory licensing requirements may apply to this unit, which is an elective unit (Stock and Station, Stock) forming part of the qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

At the end of this unit, you will be able to:

• Respond to and document buyer enquiry.

• Complete sale of livestock.
